Does this sound normal?

I'm 29 weeks and today my fiance and I were walking around Home Depot and everytime I step forward with my right leg I started to experience a dull sharp pain in my lower right abdomen and the pain also kind of shoots down my low back towards my butthole... my baby has a tendency of laying really low and this evening my lower abdomen is just kind of hard. I just didn't know if this sounded normal or if I could be experiencing Braxton Hicks. I have no idea what contractions feel like. I thought maybe she's just lying in an uncomfortable position or something but I didn't know if any of you ladies have experienced anything like this
