Sex is ew while pregnant

I’m 20 weeks and constantly wanting to have sex. The only thing is, when we actually do have sex (2/3 times a week) it’s not very enjoyable anymore, I don’t get off... I just feel overall disgusted that he’s even touching me.. like what the heck?!? I’ve always had a high sex drive and he’s always been good at it... but now I just don’t enjoy it.. we’ve tried every position that I can possibly think of. Last night we were having sex and he’s waiting for me to finish and it’s just not happening. I feel so self conscious and worried that he’s gonna think something is wrong with him when theres not.. he seemed understanding but I feel like his feelings may have been hurt cause I ended up telling him to just go ahead and finish... anyone relate?
