someone help me please

I took a test last week because I missed my period & it was positive faint but positive then I started bleeding , I only bled for 3 days though , I went to a urgent care they gave me a urine test & said it was negative & told me I might have had a miscarriage, I went to my actual doctor that following Monday & she gave me a blood test & it’s Thursday morning & I’m still waiting to hear back but I took a test just to see & I think this is a positive but I haven’t had sex or anything because I heard your very fertile after a miscarriage but maybe I didn’t miscarry maybe I only bled for another reason & my baby is ok or maybe I still have pregnancy hormones I don’t know , someone help .
