Help idk what to do!

So I've been having blood when I wipe every other day no cramps. But I got this today when I wiped. I'm 7 weeks been in to get scanned twice after I bled and everything was fine. They said good heartbeat of 140 and thick cervix so baby isnt going anywhere. She also said cervix looks irritated but all tests came back negative for infection. This was two days ago..why is this happening is this normal? Pic in comments it is gross pic but I really need advice..
