Harrassment restraining order violated?

So my sons father/boyfriend/fiance/ex had an affair with this meth addict who majorly targeted me when he'd ignore her by showing up at my house, calling/ texting from many numbers, messaging off many facebook profiles, pretending to be his ex wife by creating a new profile under that name etc, signing me up with weight loss surgery consults and law enforcement schools to call me...so I finally after 5 months and my mental health being very affected was granted a restraining order...

A couple weeks ago I got a phone call from the "vehicle processing center " looking for a Kari heckman (persons name who harasses me) it seemed like something that may be she signed up for using my number maybe so they couldn't get a hold of her I'm unsure...anyways police say there's no proof she did it. Well I get the same calls today as well and I want to call and report it but it seems pointless because they won't take it serious...meanwhile I'm at home over emotional and it sucks. This has been the hardest year ever and I don't know what to do
