Helllllp!! 1 day af . . Confused 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hey I came on af on Tuesday the 4th but only bled fully for one full day it was quite heavy and bright red, af then slowed down to pretty much nothing yesterday which is unusual as I’m usually 3-4 days. Now today it’s just completely stopped except sometimes I have pink spotting when I wipe but usually at the end of af it’s brown for me 🤷🏼‍♀️ I haven’t even needed a tampon today which is very odd! Any suggestions? Anyone had this and been preggo? Or is this likely to be funky af? Also I have a really high temp and keep feeling faint! (But I do have a cold 🤣)
