Natural inducing tips at home

I had a doctors appointment today and they did a membrane sweep, I want this baby out! Any tips on trying to get the labor going? I feel like I have tried it all but I want to know what worked for you?

*UPDATE* So after my membrane sweep I walked though out the day, almost 9miles, bounced on yoga ball, jumped on trampoline, took castor oil, had sex, danced, got a pedicure, drank raspberry leaf tea, ate pizza, and took a hot shower before bed (I’m a little impatient lol) I was cramping throughout the day. This morning I woke up and I believe I had my bloody show! How long after bloody show should I expect labor to start? Could it still be weeks??
