Invalid Tests?? Showing clear positives.

So my daughter is 10 weeks old. I’m exclusively breast feeding and haven’t had a period. My husband and I have had sex 3 times total since she was born and pulled out all 3 times because we want me on birth control. Want to wait a few years till we have another. I’ll be happy still if I am pregnant but it wasn’t the plan. Was originally pregnant with twins but lost one at 9 weeks. What do you think? This is not first morning urine either. And showed up like 20 min after I took the test.

This was this morning after a few hours of sitting? It’s getting darker but is still invalid from time you are supposed to look.
