Rape or one night stand?? Long story/ Trigger warning

I’m 18 but still in high school and this past Saturday there was a party that I went to with a few of my friends. I’m not dating anyone and I recently broke up with my boyfriend about 2 months ago. He and I were together since freshman year and broke it off senior year because of too many lies and unknowns. Anyways at this party he was there and decided he wanted to try and get back together with me, I said no and offered to still be friends but he wasn’t for that answer. I brushed him off and continued to enjoy the party. There was a lot of alcohol there and by around 11pm I was already drunk 2 hours into the party. I had been talking to a guy the whole night that I was interested in and he was interested in me. After talking for a bit we went upstairs to go talk a little more and we started to make out. I let him know I was a virgin and wasn’t ready for sex at the moment. He said ok that’s cool and we started to make out some more. There was a few times after I told him I wasn’t ready that I had to push him off, because he was trying to pull my clothes off and pin me down. I got tired of it and told him to leave, so I stayed in the room and fell asleep. The next morning I wake up and have a horrible pain down there. I’m only in my bra and panties so I look down and all I see is blood. I knew it wasn’t my period because I had just had it a week before. I get up to clean my self off and I find 3 used condoms on the floor next to me. I freak and call my friend to come pick me up. She offers to take me to the hospital to do a rape kit but I decline fearing that I might not be believed because I was drunk or that I consented and just don’t remember.The guy I made out that night has been acting weird towards me lately and telling his friends that we had sex. I also think it could be my ex since he was pissed at me that night and tried to get back with me, but I don’t want to make any accusations. If this is rape and something that I just not remembering I saved my panties from that night just incase I needed to go to the police. Is it rape or a lesson learned??
