Ovulation cramping?

I just finished taking my first cycle of Clomid. I was due to take it days 5-9, it's day 12 and I have cramps and pressure mainly on the left side. I'm not having any ew cm. Could these cramps be ovulation cramps? opk says no at 7am this morning.
