23weeks & 4days I don't feel any real kicks sometimes a tugging. Or a feeling that's kinda hard to explain like a beating feeling in that comes & goes is this a sign she is ok ? First pregnancy I've been nervous cause she never really kicks is it still early ? Help anything .
