Itching/burning

First of all, being a woman could not be more scary or stressful. The more i realize can go wrong the crazier i feel. I visited the gyno recently and check up was normal. I haven’t had any smelly discharge and should be starting my period in four days (if I’m not pregnant fingers crossed). However, my man and i had sex a few days ago and it might be tmi but fingered me. I complained almost immediately after because it felt like he scratched me with his fingernails (which he claims weren’t long.) anyway after i felt burning (like a cut) but still no weird discharge or smell so i didn’t think it could be a year infection. Then yesterday i washed my privates a little too hard and scratched myself for real i mean literally almost at the opening. I came to Walgreens and bought a relieving cream but didn’t get anything for yeast infection because i didn’t feel like it was that. I guess my question is... has this happened to anyone before? Is it normal for our private areas to be irritated sometimes? Could a yeast infection not smell? Helllllppppp lol. I’m driving myself nuts.
