Prenatal Opinions (Rainbow Light)
I’ve been taking the Rainbow Light prenatal One (once daily) for the past month. I tried the Garden of Life one but it made me incredibly physically anxious and unable to sleep so I stopped after 2 days. No adverse reactions to Rainbow Light but since it’s not DHA, I’m nervous I’m doing something wrong.
I’m vegan so my options are more limited but I wanna make sure this baby gets everything it needs. So I guess, why would a prenatal NOT have DHA if it’s so important?
EDIT: I dunno if pregnancy brain is a thing at 4 weeks but I forgot I purchased an Omega 3 with DHA and EPA yesterday.
My main question is, is Rainbow Light a good prenatal?
