New to TTC, some insight please 🙂

Sorry if this is long! I am a mama to 3 beautiful “unplanned” babies so this is my first time TTC! I have two different apps I follow and one says I ovulate today and one says Sunday! Since I am so unsure we are just doing the every other day method to cover all our bases, but my question to you other mamas is how do you truly know you’re ovulating? We BD last night and we plan to tomorrow and Monday as well. Both apps also have different fertile windows so that’s why I’m so unsure! Is CM different, is there some symptoms I should look out for?!
