I have a Ruth, a Hannah, an Eliora, and nieces named Esther and Abigail. If you want to allitterate, you could do:
Esther and Elizabeth
Hadassah and Hannah
Rachel/Rebecca and Ruth
Lydia and Leah
Abigail and Anna
Tabitha and Tamar (I don't known if I could name a girl of mine Tamar though).
