Do you guys believe in signs from the universe or from god?

So I was wondering if anyone else believes in signs from God or the universe? I myself am Christian, but I’m not sure what I think! I think God can definitely give you signs but idk about in my case. There’s this guy I’m talking to and the last time I was at church I prayed God would give me a signs or lead my into the right way with him. Like if wasn’t supposed to happen for him to just help me shut the relationship off... or give me signs it was gonna work. Call me crazy.. but now literally every time i think about him or a relationship is when his name pops up on my phone. So often. Idk if it’s just a coincidence or it’s some sort of sign 😂
