Milk free mommas!
I’m gonna be honest, I’ve never paid attention to what all foods I eat and what was in them and now with cutting milk out I am struggling to find good things to eat to fill me up and things to snack on. I’m starting work back up this week and I work for Honda building their engines so it’s a very demanding job so I’m gonna need something good for snacks and such. What’s some stuff that you guys are eat? TIA! 😊
