Excuses for not drinking at holidays

We are seeing both my husband’s (big) family and then my (big) Family for Christmas. I will be 8 weeks when we see them. We feel it’s too soon to tell everyone, we would prefer to wait until 12 weeks, especially since it’ll be a total of 80 people that would find out from both sides.

However, everyone knows I love my wine and I’ve always enjoyed wine with almost every family event. What is a good excuse to use that doesn’t seem typical or obvious?
