Muscle spasms

Do you all get frequent muscle spasms? Or tingling in fingers, toes, hands and feet? Maybe I’ve always had them but I’ve been noticing them more and more :( I had a persistent twitch just below my eye on the side of my nose that went away but I keep noticing them in different spots like my knee, upper arms, shoulders etc... now especially in my thumb. Also been having upper arm pain and leg pain. Not sure what this could be. I guess I have been under stress lately but has anybody else experienced this? My pcp is ordering some blood tests. I’m kind of a hypochondriac and I basically have myself convinced I have ALS or ms.
