Finding out gender? If so, when?

We are gonna be surprised by our baby’s gender and everyone seems shocked when we tell them we are waiting til the birth! Curious of the % of people who find out and if so, when! 🤗

We just had an early gender scan yesterday.
It was amazing! They had a comfy bed type thing instead of a normal exam table, projected it on a giant screen, we got a dvd photos and a stuffed animal that plays her heartbeat when you squeeze it!
Just hubby & I found out at the ultrasound. Then we surprised family with a gender reveal video since they all thought we had to wait until January!

We had a miscarriage in May and with that baby had planned to wait til birth to find out the gender. For this baby we decided to paint the nursery sky blue and have a rainbow theme which is gender neutral. Only that led me to want to do rainbows and unicorns for a girl and now I kinda want to know the gender so I know if I will be decorating with unicorns also 🦄 🌈 😂 
If we do decide to find out it will be at the 20 week scan and we will absolutely NOT do any kind of gender reveal because that’s just annoying to me. I think it’s awesome to wait to find out the gender!

My husband and I are impatient af so we’re going to a private ultrasound place in 10 days when I’ll be 14 weeks to try and find out!😊

I wanted to but my husband doesn’t so we compromised for the 20 week ultrasound. We did the blood test with our first so I wanted this one to be more of a surprise. I think it’s awesome you guys are waiting!!
