Hiding a pregnancy with a large social media following

Wondering if anyone has hid a whole pregnancy and was successful?

I have a large social media following (not goin to say where for obvious reasons) and I have a fake name on here I doubt anyone would ever figure out who I am lol

I lost my son at 6 months pregnant last year and have been very opened about it on social media. But I want to enjoy this pregnant and obviously scared of it happening again, I just want to enjoy it and not feel like the world has eyes on my pregnancy. I want to take it a day at a time and just hope I make it to full term. (Incompetent cervix)

Anyways I can’t just “not post” anymore, it would be to obvious, I post full body pics all the time.

If you think you may know me I’d appreciate it if you kept my pregnancy a secret. Thank you
