Does anyone get horrible headaches???

I’m in my first trimester 10+3 and this happened with my second pregnancy as well. But I swear, this time around they’re totally debilitating. It hurts to look at light and a lot of smells make me nauseous whenever I have them. Sometimes I get sharp pains in my head along with these headaches and on occasion I’ve had tunnel vision and some blurry vision like it’s hard to focus.

If anyone has any input or have gone through the same thing, and have a remedy PLEASE feel free to share. I have an appointment this coming week with my OB so I plan on telling her about it whenever I go in. TIA ❤️
