4.5 month old baby affected by my emotions?
So I've had pretty awful postpartum anxiety and yes, I am getting help for it. I generally am able to smile and be happy/playful with my daughter but sometimes, my emotions get the best of me. When I have panic attacks, I sometimes cry uncontrollably or I'm just very distressed and upset for hours (on and off). My husband gets the brunt of it and I try to hide it from my daughter as best I can, but I'm sure she hears my cries and upset voice sometimes, or sees my bloodshot eyes. Do you think this is having a negative effect on my daughter? Anyone in a similar situation?
