Decrease in Breastmilk at 9weeks

After my LO’s 2 month shots she wasn’t interested in eating and would refuse the breast so I pumped and fed her through a bottle. On that day my husband also left to go work on a rig for a month. My milk production has been low ever since. I’m pumping after every feed but nothing is coming out and I’m worried my little one isn’t eating enough. Luckily I have frozen breastmilk as I used to over produce. Can the stress of my husband leaving have effected my milk supply? Any tips on increasing supply?
