Any tips? #2 on potty

So my daughter is 2 1/2. She’s been almost potty trained now for about 6 months. But getting her to poop In the potty is the struggle. She wears underwear pees all day long on the potty. But will hold her poop till she goes to bed or is alone and poops in her pants. We try to catch her and get her to the potty with no luck. Have her sit on the potty after eating till we can’t keep her there any longer. Have bribed her with the world 😂 Maybe we should wait it out and eventually she will get it but hoping someone has a magical recommendation for us. I’m a teacher and winter break is coming up want to finally get her potty trained. She did it at first but since summer break and babysitters we’ve fallen off the wagon.
