So I watched the video and it’s definitely over the top. The person videoing says this happened because the mom wanted to sit on the floor since there were no chairs available.

I feel like there were so many fails here and none of them were the mom’s. The security guard could have let her sit on the floor or gotten her a chair (she was holding a 1-year old), someone could have kindly offered her their seat, the police could have taken the time to find out the issue and come up with a resolution.

So, my question is, if you had been at the SNAP office that day and you heard this argument happening with the Mom and security guard, would you have offered your chair?
