7dpo and slight twinges on and off yesterday and today and EWCM that’s yellow? I’ve read it could be an early pregnancy symptom. Could it be true?

I don’t know but I have the same symptoms! And VERY sore/tender breasts. Usually I have sore breasts days before my period but they’ve been sore since 4dpo
