Bleeding

Its very weird im like 11 days away from my period but I started bleeding today . I have been cramping a lil bit. I just thought it was ovulation or something until i started bleeding today . I had sex around thanksgiving and I had sex like this past weekend but im not sure wth is going on . I have the skyla iud also . Has this happened to anyone . Should I be worried?

UPDATE: I had sex again on Saturday night and the same thing happened. I think my iud might have moved has this happened to anyone ? My period isn’t due for another 15 days. Im not cramping much just light period like blood . Im not even in the state of my doctor right now smh 😩
