Ground flaxseed?

Anyone else’s doctor recommend ground flaxseed to help kickstart labor? He also said evening primrose oil which I see a lot of you trying. Will be getting both this week 😬 can’t believe it’s almost time!!!

Yikes I didn’t know it helped start labor. I always sprinkle a little in my yogurt

How far along are you? Flaxseed oil never heard of that one. Primrose oil I take daily just helps prep for labor doesn’t necessarily induce you

Iv been having flaxseed in my cereal since the beginning!!

I never knew that. I used to put them in my smoothies before pregnancy and found a pack this morning and thought I’d make a smoothie in the morning and now I’m reading this. Im mind blown.
