Are we crazy?

People call us crazy because we are in our early 20s and want a baby. "Youre too young" "you havent even lived yet" but in fact i have. I have experienced (and also experimented) a lot of things in my short life. We both have great jobs that pay us well. We have a house, dogs, and a cat. We dont go and party anymore. We go to work, come home to our fur babies and have dinner. I want nothing more than to have a baby with the man i love. To have a baby that is half of me and half of my S.O. so maybe we are crazy?

Everyone says the same thing about me and my fiancé as well, I’m 20 and he’s 24, been trying for about 6 months, nothing wrong with wanting a child young, I want to be able to enjoy life with my child like my parents were able to with me since they also had me young, also want my child to have the same experience with grandparents like I did, truly don’t think my relationship with my grandparents would be the same if my parents waited to have kids. Life’s too short to worry about what other people think, especially when it comes to children, if you can afford and are mentally prepared to do it, do it. Most people that wait too long until they’re “ready” end up not being able to have kids because they’re window has closed or is almost closed. Sending prayers to you and your SO, you got this girl

Ya are living together, have a home, have great jobs, and animals to take care of as well, baby they can have several seats, ya are way better situated than most people popping out babies left and right, just saying!

Definitely not too early! My husband and I got pregnant when I was 20. We were engaged but not married at the time. We wanted a baby but we weren’t necessarily trying. Maybe just have fun for a few months and not track and stress. If nothing happens, track so you know when you’re to ovulate but still try not to stress and to have fun!

Tbh people are gonna talk crap either ways. If you told them that you wanna travel and enjoy your life before the kids they’d tell you that later will be late to have kids 🤷🏻‍♀️ I got married at 22 and now I’m almost 24 and we’re expecting our daughter in April. It’s absolutely your decision.
We were already married when my in laws kept telling me not to have kids. We literally ignored everyone
