My side of the family has 5 kids we have to buy for, my Fiancé side of the family we have 12 kids we have to buy for. It’s frustrating for me because I wanted to draw names this year so we didn’t have to spend a ton of money. The kids range from 8 months to 7years. We are currently trying to budget because of moving soon and having our second child in June.

I have no “budget friendly” ideas to get gifts and I really don’t want the kids to get screwed in this situation.

Any ideas??

Also I already know Christmas isn’t about gifts, please don’t lecture me on that. I’m only asking for advice. Thank you!
