False HIV postive

Has anyone else got a false hiv postive? It happened to me 8 years ago with my first pregnancy and I got the same results this time... again a false with f/u testing confirming... the doctor said they are rare but do happen and she sees them every once in a while. She mentioned me mentioning it to my primary care as some auto immune disorders can cause this.. Anyone else experience this?
