Help!
Ladies, I found out I’m pregnant today! I’ve been taking a prenatal but I will say, I am vegan. So my prenatal is ‘My Kind Organics Prenatal Once Daily’. Because I’ve had a miscarriage before, I want to make sure I’m getting enough from the get go! (I’m only 4 weeks along)
Here’s a pic of the back of my bottle. Do I need more B12 since I’m vegan? It says 6mcg but I’m not sure how much B12 I truly need.. the internet gives me a lot of different numbers. Help!
