Baby Fevers .. could it be teething??

My 10 month old baby has had a fever ranging from 100.4 - 102.0 for about 4 days now. I took him to his PCP and they checked his ears, throat and no infection. After like 3 days he continues with the fever and I’ve been giving him Tylenol and/or Motrin to reduce his fever, I took him to the emergency room today and they check his ears and throat for infection and nothing, they also put a catheter in his penis to check for uti and he’s clear. Everything seem good. They said most likely is teething. His top 2 teeth gum are very swollen, I’m a first mom so idk what to speak with teething. Can someone give some peace of mind?
