Help!

So my husband and I have been trying to conceive. I started getting super nauseous during long car rides, so I though there might be a chance. I’ve taken pregnancy test and the all say not pregnant. I’ve craved everything under the moon. I eat so much. I was waiting for after my period to start (or not) to take another test and maybe go to the doctor. But our anniversary is 12/13 so we had sex. And during sex I started bleeding really bad. My period was supposed to start on 12/13. And normally the day before my period I cramp really bad and my legs kinda tingle all day, and that didn’t happen yesterday. I also had a little pink blood a couple days before but it lasted probably 30 mins and was very very light. So what should I do??
