Losing weight and toning
I need some advice on how to tone my body and suggestions on what to eat to be healthy. I am currently living in a semi truck so access to a gym is unavailable. I can still do the basic exercises just not the lifting of weights.
So I took a pic of my lower half because those are the areas I want to work on. Any suggestions or exercise routines will be a great help. Thanks 🙏
