Staying healthy while pregnant 🤰🏽
Hi ladies!
I just found out yesterday that I am pregnant! (About 8 weeks along, and long story short I didn’t get a positive until just yesterday). This is my first pregnancy and I’d love some tips to staying healthy, moderating exercises, the best cardio/strength exercises, and combating cravings (I don’t really have them but I do like a sweet or two 😋).
