Am i miscarrying?

I started bleeding last monday then passed many clots ranging from different sizes but not bigger than a golf ball. Then i passed by this jelly like ball/sac. Im 5-6wks far along. Am i miscarrying? Help! Until now its friday im still bleeding with clots and having abdominal pain and cramps and contraction like on and off.

I’m sorry to say, but I think that you have miscarried, I was 8 weeks and i passed out a similar sac, when I miscarried
