I have regular periods with PCOS but I do not ovulate. I have to take Letrozole in order to ovulate when I want to conceive.

I have PCOS and was on the pill for 10 years. Got off the pill in February and let my body get on a normal cycle. Got pregnant my first try on October but it ended in a CP.
