Anyone having multiples?

Is anyone having twins? 
If so, I have a few questions if you don’t mind helping me! 
This is my second pregnancy, and I know you show more with your second but I am REALLY bloated. 
My doctor didn’t do HCG number, just yes or no blood confirmation. 
My only symptoms so far are extremely exhausted, lots of stretching and what feels like round ligament pain which seems impossible yet (4w4d) and bad back pain. 
Did you have a feeling it was twins or what were your symptoms?

Following. I think my extreme bloat is what scares me the most. I have my first appointment next Friday

None of that indicates twins... There are no different symptoms with twins, and you can’t really know until you have an ultrasound. Bloating is normal, as is showing more/earlier with your second pregnancy.
