loss of symptoms!! MC???

So I am 6 weeks and 1 day today and up until now I’ve had really bad nausea, fatigue, and sore boobs. Today I woke up and I have NO SYMPTOMS! I feel totally fine! I am a nervous wreck and so scared I am misscarrying, possibly a silent mc?? This is my first ever pregnancy so I’m just so nervous! Had my second blood draw on Monday and levels have been doubling nicely but now I feel nothing! Anyone have this and still have a healthy pregnancy???
