TMI: is pooping to hard bad for the baby? 🤣

Sooooooo I'm trying to shit and it was extremely hard to push out to begin with, but sitting right on my butthole lmfao. And it's already broken off twice and still more 😩 but is it bad for the baby to be pushing so hard
Edit: thanks y'all! It's not a persistent problem, this is the first time, just noticed the baby was moving a lot more during it haha and when I was done the baby was just extra low

It shouldn’t. Pushing to poo isn’t the same as pushing for birth. You should be ok. However, if you are straining that much....girl you need to be taking stool softeners and upping your fiber because hemorrhoids are gonna be your worst enemy. They already are a bitch with pregnancy because of the weight and pressure of baby on your colon, without adding strain of constipation. Take stool softeners on the regular so you stop trying to poop out a tree branch 😂

Kegels sometimes help while trying to poo, my dr gave me laxido to soften stool so i wouldnt strain so much, if it happens often try up your fluids n fibre? 
I dont know if it can affect baby... i doubt it but you could get piles from straining

With my last pregnancy, I actually got impacted and was straining so hard I thought I was going to pop the baby out. But all was fine. Ended up having to use an enema.

I had a bad issue and i now have a sore 😢 i am taking one colace a day and Epsom salts baths. I rhink it is from not drinking enough water.
