Stomach pains?

Anyone else experiencing stomach pains? 
I’m 12 weeks and have been experiencing this the last four days? 
Today I’ve woken up and the pain is even around the back of my stomach. 
I’m visiting my doctor today anyway so am going to ask if this is ligament stretching

Most likely yes cause when I get up, I get a tight pulling sensation in my stomach. I'm 12 weeks also

I'm twelve weeks also and have back pain and UPPER stomach discomfort. I think bc the placenta is moving up so all my organs are either squished or starting to shift to make room.

Well verdict is in, I went to the doctor she checked my stomach out said everything feels normal. She also did a urine test to check for infection- that came back negative. Turns out she thinks it’s trapped gas and a bit of constipation - at least nothing serious?! 🤷🏻‍♀️
