Braxton hicks advice pls
So i know that with braxton hicks your stomach gets hard and contracts but at the same time i get a tightening/contracting feeling in my pelvis (like literally in my vagina) is that normal for BH? Its quite intense. Not painful painful but definitely stops me in my tracks. TIA x
