Need to vent

I just found out that I have cysts on my right ovary. I’ve been off bc for 4 months and have only had technically 2 true AF (the first was withdrawal from stopping bc). I’m at cd 56 and no sign of AF coming. It could be PCOS, which terrifies me since it can be more difficult to get pregnant. Going to see my gyno soon. I asked my dr if it would be bad to start bc for like a week to make AF come. Waiting to hear back from her. Has anyone who has PCOS have any good advice?
