first time preggers

so just last week i started watching my nephew while his mom goes work from 7:30am - 5:30pm. I have so much fun and i think because im pregnant hes so calm with me. he is only 3 months old and im only gonna be 12 weeks pregnant. i am getting paid for child care from the county welfare but i wanna know if its possible to take care of him and a newborn. he will be about 10 months once i have my baby.

do you think i could still watch him and watch my baby?
