LO HATES her sleep sack

My LO is 3 months old and we tried a sleep sack on her tonight. She hates it. I’m currently watching her thrash around in her crib kicking her legs. She normally sleeps through the night. Before we would just use a light blanket but I was getting paranoid about using one with her now that she’s moving a lot more now. Are there any other options to keep her warm?
