I need some advice mommas

Okay so my daughter is almost five months old, every night and day (for naps) I have to rock her to sleep. It’s the only way she will go to sleep, when do babies learn to go to sleep on their own or what is something you did to help break away from rocking, 75 percent of my day is rocking a baby. I have a seven year old but he was not like this he didn’t want to be rocked. I just need some help. 💗
