Sex and bleeding??

So sometimes after me and my bf have sex after finishing we noticed I have bled. I’m not sure if it’s a crazy amount but we notice because there is blood on the condom and after I have to wipe a few times to completely get the blood off. I just got off bc a few months ago so I’m sure that has nothing to do with it and ended my period over a week ago. It doesn’t happen every time but it’s been more than once. I’m not sure if it’s the condom irritating me because it’s only sometimes this happens. ????
