Maternity allowance
Hi all. I am just looking for advice. I am not entitled to maternity pay as I only work part time. I have just received my MA form that I need to send off. What I’m worried about is that I Havant paid any NI. Does that stop me receiving 90% of my wages in MA ? Can anyone help me understand. I’ll be ringing them on Monday but until then it’s on my mind. I am 25 weeks on Monday and will be working till I am 38 weeks. Been In this job for over 4yrs.
